Touring Performances Across Finland

Theatre Taimine is a professional touring theatre, founded in 2002, that offers newly written and produced performances designed for children and youth all across Finland. Our performances combine traditional theatre, radio theatre, dance, and humour, drawing inspiration from the thoughts and perspectives of young audiences.

Supporting Arts Education, Learning, and Wellbeing

Our goal is to support children’s and young people’s arts education, learning, and wellbeing. Our performances provide not only engaging experiences but also educational content that aligns with school and daycare curricula. We offer a wide range of teaching materials that complement the performances and help deepen the experience.

Each year, we deliver over 300 performances, reaching more than
40 000 children and young people across Finland. Our mission is to inspire, delight, and develop critical thinking and wellbeing among young audiences.
